Product Return Policy
– Customers have the right to return or exchange a product purchased from the SkyLine website within 30 days from the date of purchase, only in the case of a manufacturing defect. This must be confirmed by a technical report from our service centers. This also applies to personal care products, which are subject to health regulations, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. After 30 days, no product may be returned or exchanged for any reason. In such cases, customers should contact our customer service to report a maintenance request.
– To return or exchange a product, the original packaging and box must be intact and unopened. The product must be unused and returned with all original accessories and documents. If the purchase included a gift, it must also be returned. If any part is missing, the return/exchange request will be rejected. For discounted or promotional items, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
– If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the delivery date without any manufacturing defect (excluding personal care items), then:
1. If the box is unopened and the product is unused:
– According to Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days, provided it remains in its original condition.
– In this case, shipping fees (EGP 300 for air conditioners) will be deducted.
– Administrative fees will also be deducted based on the payment method:
• (1.5%) for payments via VISA / MasterCard or Vodafone Cash / Etisalat Cash.
• (2.25%) for payments via Fawry services.
• (1.45% + EGP 1) for payments via MPOS devices upon delivery.
2. If the customer opens the box:
– According to Article 17 (paragraph 2) of the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has no right to return or exchange the product if the box has been opened or the product has been used.
– However, as an exception, the product may be returned with a 5% repackaging fee deducted from the total product value.
– Shipping fees (EGP 300 for air conditioners) will also be deducted.
– Administrative fees will be applied based on the payment method as described above.
