Across its 15 years life in distribution of consumer electronics, SkyLine has established one of the finest distribution networks for consumer electronics in Egypt. SkyLine assures the coordination of product offering, pricing and customer services with all its distributors and dealers in a way that resembles a homogenous synchronized distribution network that is unique in the consumer electronics distribution market in Egypt.
Research & Development (R&D)
In 2006, SkyLine created its R&D department with commitment to develop genuine “Made in Egypt” consumer electronics products. It is a unique development center for consumer products (Digital TV & Multimedia) in Egypt and the Middle East.
Top-skilled-experienced talent engineers (PhD’s, MSc, and BSc) are gathered together in order to set up a world-class R&D team, whose expertise fields are hardware, software, digital TV.
Manufacturing
The industrial arm for the group was founded in 2002 called “ Electronics and Electrical Engineering” (3E) with an electronic manufacturing and assembly facility located in El-Obour city. With high quality control processes & (50) highly qualified Engineers & technicians , 3E allowed SkyLine Electronics to continue its quality vision & give the best warranty condition in Egypt. Now with manufacturing Satellite receivers, TVs and LCD’s SkyLine has become an products provider.
Technical Support & Customer Service
As the founders of SkyLine are all from engineering and service background, the company becomes the home of technical support. The customer service department has been upgraded to cover the diversified need of the increasing number of products & customers across the country. Highly qualified engineers & technician are working to support the warranty & workshop activities with other outdoor installation & maintenance all over Egypt.
The company has a dedicated staff experienced in installation & maintenance of the following systems & equipment’s :
